The leadership team at Claudia Li were driven to refresh the site design, align the website to the brand’s market position, and to improve the way their users find and discover products.

Claudia Li’s background in fine art inspired us to create a minimalist design language that gets out of the way, allowing us to showcase the collections more like a gallery would feature curated art.

Fashion, forward

We worked closely with the Claudia Li leadership team to develop a new navigation structure and content architecture with simplicity at the core of the user experience.
Fit & finish

A significant percentage of Claudia Li’s traffic consists of shoppers on mobile devices. Our primary goal was to craft the UI design to be modular, achieving ideal responsiveness, no matter the screen size.

While crafting a beautiful shopping experience was at the forefront of project, our goals were to build brand awareness, focus on engagement, and drive conversions.

A custom designed product listing features a unique and offsetting flow, allowing users to better focus on each product individually.

Captain Blankenship is a socially and environmentally conscious hair and skincare line that is both good for the planet and people. They are a Certified B Corporation with a strong global retail presence ,found in beloved stores from Anthropology to Target, however they needed to improve performance on their website to enhance engagement and increase online sales.

APPROACH + SOLUTION

As both ecommerce and official Shopify experts, we focused on maximizing Shopify’s features to help drive engagement and improve performance. We took an iterative approach starting first with refreshing their branding and redesigning their homepage. We created a custom design to better tell their story and showcase their products, applying the new content and styles to their existing Shopify theme.  

As their creative and technical partner we provided overall user experience consulting and made additional improvements; added bundling capabilities, added new skin-care product line ‘Sailor’ to site, content creation and design, theme customization, and provided design and development of custom email marketing templates.

Take Me Alive is a New York City based luxury streetwear brand, deeply routed in art, subculture, music, individuality and an unapologetic approach to living life to the fullest.

APPROACH + SOLUTION

As an ethically-made brand focused on the human component of how, where and by whom their garments are made, we knew we wanted to create a brand and ecommerce experience that would capture the not only the raw and edgy attitude of the brand, but also the sophistication and elegance found in the collection’s design aesthetic.

Through a months-long exploratory branding process we crafted a voice and personality that captured the essence of both the founding Creative Director and the brand’s niche subculture market. We created a subtle, deliberate tone for the copy and visuals to be spread throughout the new shopping experience that would communicate and engage their ultra-savvy core audience.  

The site features open fullscreen editorial-style layouts, clean and sophisticated design elements, modern yet classic typography, and impactful imagery – all working together to establish a premium shopping experience in a visual and easy-to-navigate interface.

A chic search experience for Europe’s luxury vacation rentals – for those who don’t just travel, they experience.

Haven In

OVERVIEW 

Haven In is a boutique vacation rental search platform, offering a curated selection of luxury homes across Europe. They provide in-home luxury amenities and services, bringing a personal ‘un-hotel’ experience into the comfort of a private home.

Haven In approached us with a decade old, non-responsive website looking to completely overhaul their entire brand and web experience into a more modern, user-friendly, and competitive platform within their industry. With giants like Airbnb to compete against, they were seeking a total transformation– style, performance, experience.

SOLUTION

We created a beautiful search platform with intuitive search functionality. We started from the ground up, kicking things off with full brand discovery and development, focusing on crafting an elegant-yet-modern aesthetic which would reflect the beautiful homes they offer.

The content and digital strategy set the groundwork for creating wireframes, representing the entire architecture of the new user experience. We focused on creating intuitive navigation both in a mobile-friendly menu and on-page.  The site showcases beautiful fullscreen photography, dynamic content, and a user-friendly experience that reflects the unique vacation experience and quality Haven In has to offer.

HipParis.com has been the go-to online travel magazine for all the ‘in-the-know’ secret hip happenings in Paris for over a decade. Hip Paris has captured the hearts of millions of loyal global readers and been featured on Goop, Conde Nast Traveler, UltraVilla, Verily Mag, and Travel Leisure, to name a few.

The previous brand and website was outdated, had poor usability, and was simply no longer creating an experience that was delighting readers.

APPROACH + SOLUTION

Hip Paris has already seen great success and established a loyal following so we knew it was critical to protect the essence of the voice that had already captivated so many readers. We simply wanted to update and evolve the brand to create a fresh new look and website that would bring Hip Paris into the next evolution of its existence online.

Our goal was to create an editorial design aesthetic and modern user experience that would put Hip Paris in the conversation of best-in-class online travel magazines. The vibe we were after was clean, lovely, simple, modern, refined, curated, and chic.

Overall, the design, content and usability of Hip Paris now clearly demonstrates to readers that this is the one place offering the most in-the-know and inspiring content available.

Blockchain For Change is an innovative financial technology company specializing in leveraging and implementing blockchain technologies to advance transparent and accountable social impact projects and organizations.Their mission is to build a transparent and accountable society that provides financial inclusion and equal opportunity for all.

BCC was looking to launch their organization as well as their first blockchain product, FUMMI, a Smart ID mobile app enabling accessible banking to the unbanked. They had the vision and the passion but needed a creative partner to help bring it all to life.

APPROACH + SOLUTION

We jumped on board collaborating with our development partners who were aiding BCC in building out the foundation of the blockchain technology.  We were thrilled at the opportunity to collaborate on such an important project from the ground up.

As the creative partner our primary agenda was to develop a progressive, overarching brand design for Blockchain For Change (BCC) to serve as the umbrella to all future projects and partnerships. Through our exploratory branding process we created the assets that would be used across all brand touchpoints, including logos, fonts, pitch decks, business cards, the mobile app and company website.

Additionally, we used the BCC branding as a springboard to brand and design their first product, FUMMI, a mobile app enabling alternative financial services to the underserved and underprivileged.

Century Management is New York’s leading full-service residential property management company. In 2012, under new ownership they set out to completely overhaul their approach to doing business both offline and online.

Internally they made every effort to become a green corporation, increased there contributions to the community with over $5 million to charity, and invested in technology across all devisions. In addition they looked to redevelop their corporate website to act as a marketing tool along with providing residents and shareholders with convenient online tools.

APPROACH + SOLUTION

We created an entirely new platform showcasing a refreshed brand, copy and visual design along with launching online tools for their board members and residents. We set Century apart from the competition, delivering a site design that engages visitors, communicates their many services and leverages latest technology and tools in the property management space.

Their site is fully responsive, translating seamlessly to mobile and tablet – providing them with more than just a website, but their most valuable sales tool and resource.

Since the launch of the first site we designed for Century they have more than doubled their portfolio of properties from forty-eight to over a hundred and counting.

You could say Revo started it all when it comes to technology and innovation in performance sunglasses. The brand hit the ground running  in 1985 and quickly grew to be a global performance eyewear brand known as the leader in polarized lens technology.

After almost two and half decades it was time for a serious brand refresh. Sequential Brands Group, the newest owner of Revo, came to GTP with the desire to totally transform and expand the brand and website to support future product development and ecommerce functionality.

APPROACH + SOLUTION

We set out to bring the Revo brand into the next phase of it’s evolution – creating a more relevant and effective brand position as well as overhauling the website into a responsive ecommerce site. Overall our focus was to continue to connect with Revo’s global legacy consumer while attracting a wider audience of outdoor enthusiasts.

We wanted to establish Revo as not only a performance brand, but a lifestyle brand, showcasing a fresh new style and vibe that would drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and ultimately sales.

The rebrand and new commerce website has gotten incredible results; increasing global exposure, the brand’s social footprint, and as being the catalyst to acquiring mega brand ambassadors – Bono of U2 and Jimmy Chin, Professional Climber and Filmmaker. 

Together, Revo, Bono and the Brien Holden Vision Institute are committed to preventing vision impairment and blindness for more than 5 million children and adults by 2020. When you buy Revo sunglasses, Revo donates $10 a pair, up to 10 million, to help those fighting for their sight.

OVERVIEW 

William Rast was originally a denim-only label founded by Justin Timberlake and has now expanded into a complete lifestyle collection, quickly becoming a big name in the world of fashion. 

APPROACH + SOLUTION

Get The People partnered with William Rast to reignite the brand through a full overhaul of the existing website and user experience, launching an interactive media platform to support the 2015 world launch and the brand experience ongoing.

The site supports and showcases interactive lookbooks, seasonal campaigns, social media, as well as features a multimedia blog platform to drive consumer engagement and global exposure. 

The brand relaunch was accompanied the fashion and brand-experience event, William Rast London Takeover, featuring a fashion preview of the new collection, one-on-one interviews with the designers and founders, a global hashtag campaign #WhoIsWilliamRast, and the finale – a live performance by founder Justin Timberlake himself.

The redesign of the William Rast site has been a huge success, igniting a partnership and exclusive sales at Lord & Taylor, as well as attracting superstar brand ambassadors Tori Kelly and G Easy.
